In the Tech Nation's guide "Tech-Nation-Visa-GUIDE-04-2019.pdf", page 22 under
2) How do I demonstrate that I have been (or have the potential to be) recognised as a leading talent in the digital technology sector?

"Evidence of recognition provided by a colleague, friend or manager is not sufficient for meeting this
criteria."

Does this include former colleague and managers you no longer work with for over a year?
