Hello there,
Hope you can help me, please..
I just want to know when to apply for ILR.
Because I already have been lived/resided in the UK for 5 years route from the date I first entered on my initial spouse entry clearance visa 01/11/2014 until now 01/11/2019.. My question is that can I apply from now until my current visa expires 09/01/2020?
Or I have to wait 28 days before my current visa expires 09/01/2020?

What category of spouse visa do you hold?? Is your spouse British or an ilr holder or do you hold a PBS dependent visa?
What date did you enter the UK exactly?

You are eligible for SET M ILR from 04 October 2019 assuming you entered on spouse visa in 1st November 2014. You can apply it anytime from now. If you wish then can also apply later before your current visa expiry.

No issue. Anyone of you can use your income (if sufficient) alone to meet the financial requirement.

Hello there,
Please i need this answer.
I match the financial requirement. However, I've got myself confused about the dates for evidence. The application was submitted on 13th November and appointment is on 04th December. Could you please clarify the date of which the 12 months applies to. (I keep reading prior to date of application)?? We had initially gathered evidence based on 01st November 2018 - 31 October 2019 (within 28 days of application submitted) IS this correct? or does it need to be as close to application or date of appointment please....

Yes. 28 days are counted from the date of application instead date of biometrics

You can still attach the payslip earlier than 13th November 2018 perhaps October 2018 one if your latest payslip was dated in October which in your case must be until 16th October 2019 (13th Nov - 28 days = 16th Oct).
