ILR T2 Set(O) Pending and Spouse VISA expiring soon

Dear Gurus,

I am new to this & i have question to ask from you.

My ILR Set(o) is on hold due to sudden salary hike i believe. I received "exceptional complex issues" email within 24 hours. I have been reading your posts & it seems i will have to wait few months & face to a compliance visit.

My wife's T2 dependant visa will be expiring in 2 months & is it possible to apply her extension on my pending application.

What was the salary increases by?

When was the salary increases?

What is your SOC?

Increased by £5800
It happened 3 months ago.
2139 is the SOC code.

What was your salary before the increase?

Was it increased only to the exact amount needed for ILR?

You must apply for your dependent before their visa expires. If your ILR fails, her application will also fail.

I mentioned my requirement to company they came up with same amount. I wish i would ask for 36 or 36.5 & company would definitely make it. But now its too late for me. Have to face anything comes from HO.

If i am not mistaken i need to add a cover letter with my wife's application. Is it Set(M) ?

Your wife applies on SET(O) if she qualifies for ILR.

My wife has spent in UK with me only for 3 years. Not 5 years. Should have mentioned.

Then she has to apply for a tier 2 PBS dependent visa extension for another 3 years.

I am planning apply my wife PBS dependant extension.
(Summary: I have PR via T2 route & my wife has spent only 3 years with me as a PBS T2 dependant)

Can you confirm below key points for me please ?

Is this the link which i need to apply for her extension ?

Can my wife show her account for £630 funds maintenance ?

Document List: Please advise if i need to add anything.
1) PBS dependent's Passport.
2) PBS dependent's BRP card.
3) ILR holder's Passport.

6) Bio metric Appointment letter.
7) My wife does't have the bank account.

ILR holder's salary slips.
9) Co-habitation proofs for last 2 years.
i) Marriage certificate.
ii) Council tax bills
iii) Electoral registration
iv) Tenancy Agreements
