The form clearly and ridiculously states that the applicant must write the details behind the picture, affix it and then give the referee to fill it out.

Hi Aman90,
Thank you for the reply even though using the word Ridiculously is a bit weird

The name on back of photo is from when paper applications were submitted and posted/NCS and because some instances paper apps can still be used,the statement of writing name etc has not been removed.

Also note that HO can at any point ask for any original document to be sent and if asked and you need to send it and the photo doesn't have the detail and becomes detached, HO won't know who the separate photo and signed document belongs to.

Hi CR001,
very much appreciated the reply , I know some people may get annoyed when we ask questions that seem to be easy and straightforward,
I was thinking HO needed all written by the referee not by the applicant.

Not required!!! It will be disregarded. Only submit what is asked for.

Never mind then.
It is unnecessary to try to fulfil all categories with documents. The list is generic and caters to all kinds of visa applications and not just limited to naturalisation.

Hello aman90,
thank you so much for the reply , it's really kind of you .
my documents fit very well on the other categories , so there is nothing to fit into the approve of application , somewhere on the boards i read some people uploaded the completed application and the approve of payment, i consider this irrelevant but was thinking it would be worth asking the question.
i uploaded the BRP in the place of residence in the UK,
free of immigration time restrictions;i uploaded the home office letter sent after i was granted the ILR

Click on the arrow symbol just before Proof of Application and check what it expects.

I would seriously doubt that the already submitted application to HO n proof of payment from HO would be expected.
Uploading extra documents apart from advised or duplicating uploads will probably not help in reaching a decision faster.

Thank you lots aman90 for keeping your help, i am sure you will be rewarded for doing the good deeds.

only proof of identity / travel history tab has the following information required;
Mr applicant's proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions, Mr applicant's evidence of identity, The travel document issued by home country for Mr applicant's

other tabs have no specified documents , so you have to guess which document fits there against your check list

Sopra Steria Appointment

Post by Love_GB » Sun Nov 10, 2019 8:23 am

Hi Guys,
As this form/Board always gives exceptional help to all of us , we should all share, exchange our experience , so other members will gain.
I and my dependents had our appointment at Sopra Steria in Manchester yesterday , the whole processes were really quick and seamless, the staff were really helpful and respectful , and they were very happy in the way i uploaded the documents , they told me i made their job very easy, all documents scanned in colours with very good quality within the limit of file size of 6MB. all documents were put in the right categories. they went over the documents and they said everything looked brilliant and if i was happy to submit.
i got a text message last night saying ;

''Your information has now been submitted to UKVI.
Please contact UKVI direct on 0300 123 2241 if you have any queries.
Thank you for using the UKVCAS service''

You only applied a month ago!!! Citizenship applications can take up to 6 months, sometimes longer. You won't get any update on the status other than a generic response that it is in process.
