This was posted on the Inis Website yesterday

Scam alert: Hoax event registration
07 November 2019

It has come to our attention that an event has appeared online relating to human trafficking, which is purporting to be organised by the Department of Justice and Equality. The event asks those registering to attend to pay thousands of Euros to secure a ticket.



Please be aware that this is an attempted fraud. The Department of Justice and Equality has no connection to the event in question.
