uploading documents to UKVCAS

Hi,

Im trying to upload documents to UKVCAS ahead of my appointment for ILR. Once I have uploaded, it shows the document. I had done around 20 documents then went away from the computer to get a drink. When I returned the page had logged me out. When I logged back in, the documents are not there anymore.

In the guidance it states that files can only be viewed once. Does this mean the will not show anymore or should there still be a note to say they have been uploaded.

Is it totally empty or is it that you can’t view the files?
The files can’t be viewed once uploaded. At least that was and is still the case with me.

.. sorry for ur plight. I guess you’ll have to re upload

I uploaded everything again but does the same thing everytime. Even if I go to another page within my login, when I go back it doesnt show anything.

I have everything printed aswell so I guess Ill just take it all with and get them to scan it if there is a problem.

Not trying to offend ur intellect but when you choose the file, add a heading or not, do you click on upload? I can still access my ukvcas account and can upload

Are you currently doing n applicaion. Can you see the files when you log back in?

Yes I click upload. It then appears below the boxes and with an option the remove the file and in the status coloumn says 1 file uploaded.

Ive just logged back in and all the files are now there. I gues it takes some time for it to register on the system. They must be using a dial up connection.

No. My journey got over abt a month ago.
I can upload, save and delete files. I actually just uploaded a random picture, signed out, logged back in and deleted the picture.
I can’t delete old files.. gives me an error
