when will visa Expires will im Outside UK

Hello,

I have lived in UK for 2 years (Tier 2 Gen) and then my visa extended to 3 more years till (BRP Expire date: Feb 2022) as my contract ends i have traveled back to home country submitting P85 form.

can you please advise me on below questions.

1. How long my Visa/CoS is valid while im outside UK.
2. can i travel back to UK with the same employer/ do i need get a new CoS
3. is there any time limit for the current CoS/Visa expires before i travel back to UK

You have not described your situation at all clearly here but if both your Tier 2 leave and your job are continuing, any questions about what time you can spend away from work (or from the UK) are a matter for your employer to advise on.

Hello There,

Tier 2 General visa UK (BRP valid till : 2022), my job contract was ended on Sept 2019, and i traveled back to home town.

1. when will my CoS get expire ?
2. Do we need to apply new CoS to travel back to UK ( while im outside UK)
3. what could be my chances to travel back to UK.

Once you left job, Your employer will notified HO to curtain your visa.

2. Do we need to apply new CoS to travel back to UK ( while im outside UK)

Your now subjected to 12 months cooling off period, no chances to come again on Tier 2 General.

3. what could be my chances to travel back to UK.

You appear to be thinking of your CoS as somehow separate from your Tier 2 visa. Your CoS was issued for your previous Tier 2 application, and used accordingly. It is irrelevant now.

If I understand correctly, your job contract ended early and you returned to your home country. What you need to do to come back to the UK depends on your reasons for needing or wanting to come. If it is for a new sponsored skilled job under Tier 2, yes you will need a new CoS.

So do we not require CoS if it is for an same skilled job what i was doing before leaving UK

You don't need a new CoS if you are continuing with the same employer.

You only need a new CoS if you are changing sponsors.

Although the Tier 2 leave appears to have ended and the leave presumably curtailed, so even a new job with the same employer would need a CoS.

OP, your situation is still not clear, so probably best if you ask your new Tier 2 sponsor direct for advice about this.
