Regarding dependents of ILR

Hello Gurus

Firstly, thank you for all your help and efforts on this forum.
I have few questions for you. I am currently on Enter T1 Ext which is valid till July 2021 and have have 3 dependents with same leave to remain till July 2021.

I have completed my 10 years legally in the UK on sep 2019. I am planning to apply ILR on the basis of long residency. My question is after I get my ILR can my dependents stay on the same PBS dependent visa till its validity i.e till july 2021 ? And we can switch it to FLR after this current leave expires?

Or do we have to change the dependents visa to FLR as soon as i gets my ILR.
