Tier 2 ict -> tier 2 dependent

Hi,
I am on tier 2 ict and my wife got tier 2 general, i am currently in Uk, do i need to go to my home country to apply for tier 2 general dependent or i can apply from here only in Uk ?

Thanks a lot.. also if switching from tier 2 ict dependent to tiwr 2 general need tb test again if someone is staying in UK only and just going for visa conversion ?

You have super priority (£800) or standard option. You might have the £500 priority option, I am not sure.
