I have an aunt who lives in the UK, can I move to the UK as family descent?

No you cannot. British citizens can only sponsor their spouse's and children under 18 for a visa. It doesn't apply to extended family such as nieces and nephews.

The UK Immigration Rules doesn't allow chain migration for all family.

On what basis is your aunt British? Born or naturalised or.......?
