Can tier 2 general visa holders enter dublin?
Or do they require any visa?
Stay would be for two days

What is your nationality?

If you would normally need a visa to travel, then yes you have to apply for one.

You need a visa before travelling.

There are only exemptions if you hold a short term visa, ie visitor visa, issued which states bivs.
