Physio band 5 job

I am on student dependent visa till July 2020 and physiotherapist by profession. I found on uk website the appropriate salary for band 5 physio must be 23050£ and band 6 28050£. If I find a sponser who offer me band 5 job with this salary would i be apple to switch my vis or only the fresh graduate can apply for this job. As I read somewhere that Band 5 jobs holders must be fresh graduates or new entrants. I don't remember the source now and its not mentioned on uk website. Please let me know. Best wishes

Appendix J Table 9 of the Immigration rules clearly states the below. However note that to be sponsored as Tier 2 without being a graduate, requires a minimum salary of £30,000, as also clearly stated in the last para below.
