Apply for passport online once child is born or apply using the paper form. Evidence of fathers ILR will be required.

As my husband hasn’t got his naturalization yet so I was thinking do we have to apply such thing (naturalization)for our child first or can we apply the passport of child straight away??

No you don't. A child born in the UK is automatically British if either parent holds ILR at the time of the childs birth.
