Eligible for claiming child benefit

My husband recently got ILR. I am currently on tier1 entrepreneur dependent visa expiring on 12 jan 2020. Our first baby is due in two weeks . Are we eligible to claim child benefits?

Your husband as an ILR holder can claim in his name. You cannot claim in your name as you are still subject to no recourse to public funds.
