TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR TO ILR

Post by shb101 » Fri Oct 04, 2019 10:16 am

Hi Guys,

As previous topic locked by Admin, started a new one regarding Tier 1 to ILR application.

It's been a month now didn't receive any acknowledgement letter or email from HO regarding the case or reference ID.

Did anyone come across this kind of situation ?

Kindly response.

Alhamdulillah, I have got my ILR approval email from home office. I have got my ILR approved in 2 months and 1 week time.
Did anyone receive email approval for ILR as well ?
When to expect my BRP after email approval.

Thanks everyone especially tier11417, Aman, Bizman and other Gurus and sorry for my repeatedly questions which I asked I was just over thinking that's it.

Furthermore, do I need to inform HO to consider my wife Tier 1 dependent visa application now as I got my ILR approved ? or they do that by themselves.

Thanks again everyone :)

Congrats!
It’s interesting to note that decision timelines have improved for T1 ENT. A number of applicants are getting approvals within 3 months.

HO will figure it out itself.

Congrats Bud!

MashAllah good to hear.

I applied 21/09/2019. Hoping for the best. Started to have nightmare about mine. In dreams I travelled to canada without having a decision, woke up and was on my bed.

What you think you did good in your application such as giving business bank statements etc.

How.many months of business bank statements you gave?

Thanks!

Hi Aman and other Gurus,

I received an email from HO regarding my wife dependent application and they asking for IHS payment which I was unable to pay at the time of application so I will pay online via the link they sent however they asked download, sign and scan consent form and attached to the email I downloaded those are 3 forms, 1 for Application and 2 and 3 for third party sponsor and third party information my question is do we need to sign just applicant one or all three.

Main Applicant Consent form: My wife will sign ?

Third Party Sponsor: My understanding is all three should be signed as I provided maintenance bank statement under my name so I will sign third party sponsor ?

Third Party information consent form: We both have joint account such as utility bills and council tax so I will sign this as well ?
