No, the super priority service is not available for ilr through tier 1 Entrepreneur. You only have standard service option.

Hi,

May I know if the standard service has to be done through post or Sopra Steria.

My other question is at the time of extension I had an interview roughly after 10 months of applying in which the Home Office visited my business address and asked me to send the time sheets and emails of the communication between me and my 2 employees by post within 15 days of the interview which I did and got my visa extended.

Therefore now at the time of applying for ILR should I also submit time sheets and email communications.

All applications are online and through ukcvas sopra steria for identity check and biometrics. There is no postal service anymore.

Thanks.

I have read the Tier 1 Entrepreneur guideline but quite difficult to understand few things

So can you answer my following questions please:

1) Invoices of the last how many months would I need to submit of the business activity. Would 12 months' invoices be fine.

2) How many months' business bank statement would be required or letter from the Business bank would be sufficient.

What date did you begin submitting Real Time information to HMRC? (Required)
Real Time reporting was introduced by HMRC in April 2013 and required employers to comply with PAYE regulations by sending Full Payment Submissions to HMRC in Real Time.

The above question is in the Application Form. I started the company on 8 May 2013 so what should I answer here for Date Month and Year

Does it mean when I started submitting RTI for the first time ever as at the time of applying for extension I hired the employees in Dec 2016 and then got my visa extended in March 2018 and now to apply for the ILR I hired employees again in Feb 2019. So should I put Dec 2016 or Feb 2019 ?
Thank you

Below is a question on the ILR application form:

Further information is required if you have joined, or taken over, an existing business which employed settled workers before you joined it. Confirm if your business(es) employed workers before you joined it. (Required)

Yes No

If you have joined or taken over an existing business you must supply an accountant's letter to confirm the job creation. Tick to confirm you will supply this letter, if applicable. (Required)

Letter from an accountant confirming the job creation

So I would like to ask the following questions:

1)But I haven't joined or taken over any business so the answer should be no right?

2)And I employed the workers by myself, so do I need a letter from an accountant for confirming the job creation as at the time of extension I submitted the letter.

Many thanks.

Does Sopra Steria scan documents without any extra charge apart from the appointment fees or they do charge extra?
