Hi,
I received ILR on 1-Oct-2019. My husband received British Citizenship through Naturalisation 22-Nov-2019. Can I now apply for British Citizenship through above route?

Absolutely!
Just read up on the conditions/requirements.
3 years, 270 days absences and present in UK 3 years preceding date of bc application.

Yes you can as long as you meet other requirements
