Is Residence Card of Family member of EU citizen a BRP?

Both my partner (non-EU family member) and I (EU citizen) have received our Naturalization ceremony letters from the Council (Yei!).

I have a question regarding the return of the residence permit.

I know that a BRP has to be returned within 5 days of the ceremony. I am fairly sure that I (EU citizen) don't have to return the blue paper PR card. What about the Residence Card of a family member of a Union Citizen (which looks quite like a BRP card)?

We need to travel fairly soon and there isn't enough time to get a British passport after the ceremony. So if he has to return it, we will delay the ceremony until we are back, but if he doesn't have to return it, I'd rather do the ceremony now.

No need to return them as they are issued under the EEA EU rules.
