Just before a few days/weeks before your current visa expires.

2. What will be the start date on new CoS

The day after your current visa expires.

Read tier 2 guidance or fill the application to see the checklist (but don't submit yet), but generally passport and BRP are key documents.

4. My current employment contract says 4 years which will be around March 2022. If I apply for 3 years extension, will it be valid? Or shall I ask my company to provide new agreement.

It all depends on the CoS and what employer mentions in the CoS. So get the CoS for 3 or more years (under work days section). You don't need to submit your contract.

5. My company financial statements says it is in loss from last 3 years. Can it impact my application? In anyways.

It shouldn't impact.

Not sure about this so wait for others to respond. As long as your soc code remains same you may be able to apply for extension application.

2. Do I need RLMT in both cases whether I change job role or be in same role

Extension application doesn't need RLMT as long as it's the same employer and role, but if your soc code changes then it may be needed. See this point in guidance:

95. If you are continuing to work for the same sponsor, but in a different role, your sponsor
must carry out a resident labour market test unless you are exempt. This includes situations where you are moving from a shortage occupation role into a job which is not in shortage. There are some exceptions, for example graduate trainee
programmes – see paragraph 223 for details.
