Tier 5 Dependent Visa

Hi All,

I'm on a tier 5 GAE visa for 2 years and my wife is with me on a PBS dependant Tier 5 visa. She is a professional dentist but not registered with the GDC. Now while in the UK she is planning to get registered with the GDC as a dental hygienist, so will she be able to work as a hygienist on this visa?

Any information/guidance is highly appreciated!

Any work restrictions will be printed on her BRP.

For the fine detail, see paragraph 319D(a) of the immigration rules. There are only two prohibited or restricted types of work. Sub-paragraph (iii) restricts work as a Doctor or Dentist in training and paragraph (v) prohibits working as a professional sportsperson.
