Need to know how to switch from ict tier2 visa to ict general visa

Hello,

I'm on ICT Tier2 visa at the moment which is valid till Dec-2021. However, as there is no guarantee and stability of stay from my current employer, I want to switch to ICT general visa from a different employer.

Can you let me know what are clauses which will help me in avoiding the cooling off period of ICT Tier 2 visa?

There is no 'ICT General' visa category. It is EITHER tier 2 ICT or it is Tier 2 General.

Only way to avoid cooling off period is a salary in excess of £159,600pa or possibly a shortage occupation job.
