I'm at 13.5 months now, they said six months when I applied also, I'e been married for 13 years and living in Ireland 25 years this month, but then again someone else (on the 2018 timeline thread) said they applied late 2018 and got thru for the June ceremony, so /shrug
I think you’ve gotten mixed up. This thread is referring to application for people spouse to remain in the country and receive a stamp 4. Otho k you are referring to the citizenship application process which is a separate thread. :-)

Best of luck with your application.
My bad, apologies

Hi everyone,

I got in touch with my local TD to ask for an update from INIS on my application. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to hear back from them?

Thanks

Hi,

I think it shouldn't be that long, max one week. How long have you been waiting now? Your application and since you contacted your TD?

Please let us know if you hear anything

We contacted our TD last Tuesday.
We have currently been waiting on our application for 12.5 months.
I’ll post what I hear as soon as I get a response.

Hi,

I think that they can't take more than 12 months so hopefully you will be sorted very soon.
You should contact them and say that it is clearly outlined that applications could take up to 12 months.

Hopefully we ll hear something soon.

Let me know if you hear anything. Thanks 😊
