hi, I am new here I need help in above mentioned category

I am mother of one month old British citizen and currently on tier 4 student visa. which is about to expire in one month. I am not sure what visa I applied. for some reason I cant apply partner visa. I was reading out EU settlement scheme where its says in sub section who else can apply

Who else can apply
You may be able to apply if you’re not an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen but:
you used to have an EU, EEA or Swiss family member living in the UK (but you’ve separated, or they’ve died)
you’re the family member of a British citizen and you lived outside the UK in an EEA country together
you’re the family member of a British citizen who also has EU, EEA or Swiss citizenship and who lived in the UK as an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen before getting British citizenship

you’re the primary carer of a British, EU, EEA or Swiss citizen

you’re the child of an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen who used to live and work in the UK, or the child’s primary carer

one of the category which i underline is you're primary carer of British citizen .
can you please help me am I right to apply in this category or anyone else applied like me. as I read out all here everyone as Zambrano visa or 2.5 year visa. in my case I haven't applied any of these categories yet

many thanks

I think it make sense to apply for DRC, then appeal if they refuse. If appeal is allowed then you have a better chance of challenging them during brexit period.

I have received my COA and still waiting. The uncertainty is insane. I can’t just help calling them every other day for sanity sake.
