They asked for evidence of that i have been living with my husband for the last 3 years, from 5 official places via posts e.g., utility bills.
Are you sure that it was asked because usually the cohabitation evidences must cover the last 2 years from at least 3 sources.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

LOL i'm pretty sure because that's what happened. Well i was brave enough not to have provided any cohabitation evidence because it's not part of the required documents... I'm sure you guys will be fine because you are a lot more cautious and provided a lot more documents..

Hello everyone,

I applied for a Tier 2 Extension using the 5-Day UKVCAS Priority service with biometrics registered on 10/06/2019. I got my BRP straight through on 13/06/2019 with no other accompanying letters/acknowledgement. Its been 3 weeks now and still no sign of it. Is this usual?

Moreover, is it OK for an old BRP to show up as invalid on the Right to Work portal after a new BRP has been assigned? I also checked this new BRP number on the portal and it couldn't find it. Has anyone else had any issues with it?

Please do let me know. Many thanks in advance!
is your new BRP details showing on the website now or you still cant see those, as I have exactly same issue.

I applied for ilr super priority. 3 days later received a letter stating to send few documents for the decision making. My lawyer sent the documents but home office stated it was late. They sent a letter that I have to attend an appointment along with all documents then the case will be decided. Home office will soon inform the appointment date.
Anyone faced same situation..? What may be the timeline..?
I have to go back my home country urgently. What can I do now ? Any suggestions?

Hello,

Application for FLR under 10 year parent route.

For proof of financial support of child, will online pdf bank statements suffice?

Just booked an appointment for next week. Paid £45 to have document scanned however this only covers one applicant. My application is a parent route one with 1 dependant. Does this mean only one person’s documents will be scanned?

Application Type : FLR(M) - 1st Extension
Application Submitted on 5 Oct 2019 Online (super priority service)
Attended Sopra Steria Centre Biometrics Enrolled: 6 October 2019 @ Manchester

Started to wait and called UKVI contact centre at 0300 123 2241 for the first escalation on 14 October
Received a generic email on 14-oct(The application will be processed as soon as possible....)
Started to wait and called UKVI contact centre again at 0300 123 2241 for the second escalation on 21 October
Receive a generic email on 22-Oct (The team has been notified and your application will be processed asap....)
Did not escalate again and kept waiting
Decision Email: 12-Nov-2019 Visa granted 30 months and did not mention anything about the super-priority fees refund. I sent an email back to the caseworker who sent the decision email and he said that he has requested for the refund.
Decision letter received: 15-Nov-2019
BRP: 15-Nov-2019

Did not received super-priority fees refund until 3 of December so I sent a complaint email on 3-Dec-2019 asking for my refund £800.

Received my refund on 6th of December.

Received an email from the complaint team: Saying the refund has been processed.

So please keep in mind "Please note some financial providers can take up to 30 working days to process the refund" but you will definitely be refunded so keep calm and carry on :)

one more point is you can fill the form in advance and pay the fees but you need to go for BRP when you qualify for ILR or visa.

Example:submit form on 9 years 10 months and taken date for BRP after 9 years and 11 months
