Children are registered as British. Only adults are naturalised. However, I have questions on how to go about naturalization for my son who is about 8 yrs old that has ILR as well.
No. The child does need to live in the UK if they were born abroad to be able to apply.1. Is he required to live constantly in UK for a year as required for adults with ILR before processing the naturalization?
MN1. He needs to be in the UK to apply.2. Which form will I be using to process the naturalization as he was born outside of UK
How long have you lived out of the UK?? ILR is lost if you are absent from the UK for 2 or more years. The ILR BRP CARD is renewed.3. The ILR card I was given has an expiration date and I currently live outside UK , does that means I have to pay for another ILR when the expiration date comes .
