Replacing lost BRC (changing from standard to premium application)

A friend of mine has lost her BRC and requested to replace it under the standard application route. However, she now needs to obtain it much faster as she needs to travel for family reasons. Is there a way to upgrade the application to premium service once submitted? A contact email or number where she could pay the correct fee for the the premium one.

Any info would be greatly appreciated! :D
