Can't comment on settled status for children.

The fees:
Adult Naturalisation £1,330
Nationality registration as a British citizen - child £1,012
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... march-2019

Suggest you ask further questions re citizenship in forum "British Citizenship" .

In addition to the advice above, the children need Settled Status/PR first if they are born abroad.

I have settle stattus. My French wife has settle stattus.
In your previous post you mention you got Settled Status in August 2019; and that by July your wife already had Settled Status. When exactly did she get it?
3rd kid. Will be 1 year old. In March 2020.
Was your 3rd kid born in the UK while the mother already had Settled Status? If so, your kid was born British.

Third child was born in France.
Could not find any mention of this in the OPs previous posts.
However, I did find this one, where he clarifies that wife got Settled Status in July 2019; so kid was not born British, anyway.

The children qualify for settled status under Conditions EU11.7(a) ("child under the age of 21 years of a relevant EEA citizen") and EU11.7(b)(i) ("The relevant EEA citizen ... has been or is being granted indefinite leave to enter or remain under this Part of this Appendix").
