Schengen Visa

Hi Guys,

Is there any of you have experience with schengen visa?
What is the best country for longer visa? France used to give 5 years, not sure if they still do that.

Is there any country's embassy accept application via post? I live in Cork. So I was looking to send documents visa post.

Your feedback is highly appreciated..

My girlfriend got 5 years this January from the Netherlands.

Schengen visa requires biometrics data so I doubt if any country would accept postal applications.

Wooow. 5 Years that is amazing. I always get 1 year
She has 5 years Irish Residancy visa ?
