Applying Tier 4 visa with dual masters

Hi All,
Need some help, please.
I did maters(MBA) in India. I have been in UK for 3 years, now I applied for masters in the UK and I got CAS saying, Documents used to obtain an offer
Level/type of entry qualification Bachelor Degree
this means I need to submit only my Bachelor degree certificates while applying for a visa and not to mention my previous masters? Or I need to mention all my previous master details and submit documents?

Please anyone here to help with this query.

Unless you have actively told lies about it the application, or withheld information about it when asked, I don't quite understand why you think that might happen, or indeed why you think your Indian qualification is relevant to this application at all.

If you need guidance or support with any aspect of your application, I would recommend getting one-to-one expert advice from the international student adviser at your Tier 4 sponsor university.
