Tier 4 dependent visa

Hi,

I would appreciate any feedback on this issue

I have studied for my masters back in 2003 on a student visa in the UK. If I do another masters now I read somewhere that I wont be able to bring my dependents with me as I wont be a "new" government sponsored student.

Anyone has info about this?
