If you are British she can apply straightaway.
Documents will be Passport/BRP/English B1 (unless exempt)/LITUK/your passport if you are British.
The online application process will confirm document requirements.

Citizenship Application Queries

Post by King0019 » Fri Dec 13, 2019 10:39 pm

Hi all ,
For online Citizenship application,
1-where do i insert information about parking / bus lane Fines or speeding fine? or we don't have to declare those. By the way all had been paid.
2-I was in trip to Usa for three months . Do I have to include the Usa address as in the address I lived in during that period ?
3- When they ask about the first time you entered the uk . Does it mean the day I entered the uk after I got the first Tier2 visa?
Please let me know what you think !
Thanks all

FPN fine has been paid . No court involved. Only did speed awareness . I drove 34 mile per hour on a 30 m/h. So the fine was paid on time . You think it should be declared then . Thanks

Senior members should advise better. I just thought all FPNs must be declared as per the Guide booklet. But if you were offered awareness course and no FPN then you should be fine.

No part of this thread - best to start your own....
She can apply now if she satisfies all the requirements, such as residency and good character.
Or as soon as she obtained ILR.

Not all the speeding or driving fines are issued as FPNs. FPNs have no effect on the citizenship unless you were issued several of them in a short period, so yes better they are declared if you have them

Please could you answer my last question for this citizenship thing ?

Ilr granted on 11th January 2019 . Can I lodge citizenship application on 12th January 2020 which is this Sunday ? Or should I wait until Monday 13th January?

Your thoughts will be appreciated! Thanks
