Home office requested for DX to return BRP

We received our home office leave to remain grant letter last Saturday, I’m aware it can take up to 10 working days for the BRPs to be delivered, however when I contacted dx to attempt to track it they said that the home office asked for the BRPs to be returned to them. What is the reason behind this and what do I do?
