HRT test interview while decision of first HRT is in dispute in tribunal

Hi there,

We made UC claim and HRT test was rejected also the mandatory review than we filed an appeal in the tribunal and UC withdrew that appeal and lapsed the decision out favor which they upheld afterward and asked us to apply for the new claim and new HRT test. How can they even ask us to come for the second HRT test when outcome of the first one is in dispute in the tribunal ? Us going for second HRT means scrapping the outcome of the first HRT test. I want to know if it's ok for us to not to book an appointment for the second HRT test which UC is asking us to book if not then claim will close in 30days, we want to carry on with the tribunal and fight the with first HRT test.
