Citizenship after 1year of ILR- calculation of 1 year

I've got my ILR with date of 24Dec'18 on BRP, when i'm eligible for submitting online application for naturalisation please - 23Dec'19 or 24Dec'19?

It's completely new question unrelated to previous once hence new thread! And i know you are admin and doing this out of your generosity but find your reply little rude (my apologies if i offended you)!
I just need a simple answer- how calculation of one year is done post ILR? Got ILR on 24Dec'18- am i eligible to submit online naturalization on 23Dec'19 or 24Dec'19?
