I am a British citizen and worked in Republic Ireland. There I called my non-EU family. Then in July 2015, it took six months for his EEA Family Permit through the Surinder Singh Route. And I returned to the UK in August 2015 along with my family. Applying for a visa extension in January 2016, then getting a five-year EEA family visa from August 2016 to August 2021.
Now here are two questions.
One. Do I have to apply for a Permanent Residence in August 2020 that will last five years on an EEA permit or do I have to wait for a visa expiry, which is August 2021 ?
2...... If the family gets a Permanent Residence, will I apply for naturalisation after one year as a spouse of British citizens she will be able to apply soon after PR ???
