New Design British Passports

Just wondering if people have started to receive new blue British passports as they were to be issued from late 2019 according to HMPO press release.

There are a few posts on this same questions. You can search the forum for contributions on the topic. As far as I know, no blue passport has been issued yet.

I just received my British passport on the 23rd of Dec. 2019 and it was wine color not blue .

Received the new passport 3-4 days back and its still burgundy.

They are being phased in from Jan 2020, the burgundy ones have to be used up, so expect complete introduction from Feb 2020.
