Especial thanks to all participants on this forum, this forum is real helpful.
Documents scanned and uploaded by myself at UKVCAS website, it saves time. we only spent 15 minutes at sopera center for Bio metric etc
One more thing I want to share is that the source of our income was employment income. both of us are employed. both of us receives cash in hand pay with payslips. Cash in hand income is fine but you only need to bank your full and exact amount that matched the payslip and then withdraw or whatever.

Date application submitted online : 21 Nov 19

Sopra Steria Appointment: 17 Dec 19-Birmingham(All Doc scanned/submitted online by myself which made the appointment process very quick.Spent only 30 mins at appointment centre and we were done!

Decision : Waiting...No idea 6 months waiting time starts from date application submitted online or after bio appointment.Anyway lets wait!

Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR application Main applicant and two children dependants. Other dependants applied on November 14 2019 when they were qualified
Date of online application 27/07/2019
Biometrics Appointment at UKVAC 09/08/2019
Acknowledgement email 29/08/2019
Complex letter - None
Consideration email every month on the 27th, 28th, or 29th last one was 30th yesterday, the day the application was decided.
Work status change - not applicable as BRP has expired
Approval letter - received today for me and my two children included in my application dated 30th December yesterday
BRP Been awaited.

Waiting for approval letter and BRP of five other dependents. I want to thank all the moderators and senior members and all other members that has made easy for me and my family to get through this process. We have sort of become invincible friends. Thanks a lot and God bless you all.

Route: Set(M)5 years
Application submitted online: 01/01/2020 @01:30am (1st day of 28th days early period)
UKVCAS appointment (Croydon): 03/01/2020 @08:00am
Approval emails received same day: 03/01/2020 @13:30pm

Booked Biometric appointment for: 13th January 2020 (at Sopra Premium Lounge Marks Lane London)
Uploaded Required documents: 12th of January 2020
Attended Biometric (UKVAS) Appointment: 13th January 2020 @ 11am (at Sopra Premium Lounge Marks Lane London). Only took 20mins to complete biometric and Sopra guys confirmed that application is sent to HO.
