I sent an e-mail on 29th of December for an update and received a 21 days e-mail next day.

I haven't received any ceremony letter and I tried online for booking and saw that my reference no is not in the system. Went to the council since they don't answer the phone for booking as it is automated. They told me to come back tomorrow.

The letters arrive at the councils on Fridays. They start entering that day. I managed to book my private ceremony on 11/01/2020
