Tier 1 Entrepreneur Main Applicant and Dependent Absence

I am on a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa and family is on Tier 1 Dependent Visas. I am not clear about the 180 days rule for absence. Please explain 180 days rule.

For example if i leave UK on 1st January 2020 and come back on 30th May 2020 (150 days) and then leave on 15th June again and come back on 12th November 2020 (150 days). Will i be fulfilling the 180 days rule?

I have a business abroad as well and would frequently need to stay outside UK as well.

No, you will not. It is 180 days in any continuous 365 days period
