Refrees for british citizenship application indian kid of 3year born in UK

Hello,
My baby was born in the UK on 19th Jan 2017.
I got my ILR on 15th aug 2019.
I am applying for her citizenship.
Can I use 2 of my colleagues as refrees for the application ?
I am working in automotive engineering sector.
Please help.
