Where to pay biometrics £19.20 fee?

Hello i just submit my wife FLr ap application paid the application fee £1052.20 and IHS £1000 fee and booked appointment with ukvcas £60 fee. But in this whole process i have not seen where to pay the Biometric £19.20 fee.
DO we need pay when we go to ukvcas service point for documents check?

I guess biometrics fee is included in the Application fee.

Yes it is. You'll note the application fee itself is only £1,033 (see link below) so the amount paid includes the £19.20 biometrics fee.
