I already been calling and it doesn't make change, it's no fair mine in backlog for 7 months and people getting answer in 2 months ! total kaotic service never I'd recommend to anyone, 10 years ago i would rather immigrate to Canada than make of my sslf clown on hold for an entire seasson, what a disgraceAlijee786 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 13, 2020 12:00 amShouldn’t be that long. Having checked our records, we can confirm that your application has been submitted successfully. As you have stated in your message, the caseworker acknowledged receipt of your valid application via an Certificate of Application sent to you on 10 December 2019.
Your case is currently under consideration.
The Home Office has to make a number of enquiries before we can reach a decision to an individual under the terms of the EU Settlement Scheme. The extent and length of time taken to complete these enquiries varies according to the circumstances of each particular application.

i am no eu i applied eu satlement secheme ,
i meet my eu patner on 2007 and got unmarried patner RC on 2011 we slipt on mid 2016,
recently i applied in eu satlement secheme home office is asking for
1)Evidence that your relationship with your EEA sponsor is still durable for last 6 month ,
2)Evidence of residence for my spouse and me for last 6 months .
we are not togather any more i dont know what to do any one please me some light i am totally helpless here .

I understand your situation, you can still put a statement forward presenting your situation and length during what you were living together, in hope that they will consider on that basis !
