Flr M 28 day rule for payslip.

Post by Cats » Wed Jan 15, 2020 9:26 pm

After submitting our FLR M application online yesterday the 14th January , I stupidly realised my last pay slip from Decmeber is dated the 18th so exactly on the 28 days from yesterday's date of online submission . Will this cause an issue / refusal being exactly on the 28th day date timeline ?
Many thanks

Thank you so much for replying. I cant believe I have bee so stupid normally my wage slips are dated 22nd to 24th each month with the money being paid in to the bank the 28th each month they process the wage slips a few days before however in Decmeber they got processed on the 18t due to Christmas shut down on the 22nd. So therefore forgot it was dated a little earlier until after I submitted the one application. So may last pay shows going on the bank 28th December like every month but the payslip is dated the 18th which from yesterday's date is exactly spot on the 28 day rule and I'm so so worried now they wobt accept it nd refuse because it is dead on the 28 day rule although it is within it's dead on 😬😬

Segual am I right in thinking if it was dated 17th December then it would be outside the 28 day rule but becus its dated 18th and the 18th is the 28th day exactly spot on that it will still be counted within the 28 days? Many thanks

Your payslip is 27 days older. You will be alright.
