Cnt find professional referee for childs British registration

Hy, I recently got my citizenship. My previous status was PR. My wife and son(5year old born non eu) are on spouse visa they are in uk since September 2018.
My question is
Now I am British citizen can I apply citizenship for my child or he with his mother route.

If child was born outside the UK, then they expect child to follow mother’s route.

Hy,
I am having difficulty to find professional regrew for my child MN1. As school teacher and GP REFUSE .
I ask a family friend who is professional but he refuse as on form says “for child refree should be engaged with the child”.
Can anybody help me with this ?

You were already advised that a child Bron abroad follows the same path as the other parent and the child will also need ilr first.
