Paying by American Express card for Tier 1 (General)

hi Friends,

Am about to apply for Tier 1 general category and was filling the payment section. I realised that they have only mentioned Visa/Mastercard...but i wanted to pay by American Express CC. Tried to search the forum but no hits on this. Also i cannot confirm with HO as well as they are closed today.

Does any one know if you can pay by American Express card for this Fees of Tier 1 ?
