No curtailment letter since 4 Months

Post by GodSaveTheQueen » Tue Jan 21, 2020 7:49 am

Fired and home office notified by employer in October 2019. No curtailment letter since. How much time do I have? Worst case and best case?

Curtailment letters can take a few months, provided HO have your correct address as you moved, you were required to inform HO in the prescribed form.

I waited for that letter for more than 5 months, since July 2019 until December 2019, and never received anything.

This waiting time is completely unpredictable.

Just curious if you received your curtailment letter from HO? Trying to understand how long it takes from HO to issue the notice.
