Status after first 5 yrs on derivative card

Hi everyone
I have a question I Hope I will find the answer from here again
Quick background history
Been an asylum seeker for the last 4 years I applied for my derivative right through the EU SETTLEMENT SCHEME in August and still waiting for final decision
Now my sponsor who is my daughter but a French National was born in the uk I applied on her behalf for the scheme last year and she got pre-settled status and this because at the time we applied she was 4yrs this year in October she turns 5 which means she would be considered to have continuous residency so I assume she will qualify for settled status


As her mum given given that she has pre-settled at the moment I will surely be granted same but after she turns 5yrs will be able to apply for settled status too or will it be a matter of renewing my status every 5 yrs
