Visa

Post by Dbs123 » Tue Nov 19, 2019 12:46 pm

Hello all
I was in Ireland last year 2018 with tourists visa , stayed there 3 months. When I came back I applied for join spouse visa, on 31th January I applied online and still didn’t get any answer.
So Its more easy to get spouse visa after I had tourist visa?
Thank you

INIS don’t response

Post by Dbs123 » Thu Jan 16, 2020 10:55 am

Has anyone heard anything from INIS recently?
I seem to have sent them a couple of email and it has been months and I don't seem to have received a response.
Wondering what's going on?
Are they ignoring all emails?

I send email for irish spouse visa

I emailed 10 days ago with multiple follow ups - no response to any of them.

How did you get a response in a few hours? Was it the auto reply?

They stop responding to you when you spam them with multiple emails when you've already been given the answer that you are in the queue.
It's such a waste of their time having to respond over and over again, they could be actualy working on applications instead.

If they responded to an initial question, and responded within a reasonable timeframe, I wouldn't send followups.

When you call the switchboard, and speak to Justice Department, they all suggest you continue to email them - there is literally nothing else you can do to get support or help with an application.

I have been told the emails and appointment requirements has been unprecedented this year, apparently they are completely swamped.

If you emailed on the 12th of December, realistically and reasonably expected, you should have received a response by now.

Post by Dbs123 » Tue Jan 21, 2020 11:53 am

Hello
After a year waiting for join spouse visa, I received a negative answer.
Can you please help me what to do now? It’s the best way to get a lawyer and to proceed further ?
How long will I wait know after I send a appeal?

What was the reason for denial? I applied for join spouse visa September 2017 and got my visa in 6 months. Did you pass all the requirements? I think they’re very lenient in terms of giving spouse visa. Maybe you didn’t provide enough proof of your relationship? Anyway, I think you can appeal that decision. Best of luck.

I don’t know the reason yet. I send them an email to know why.
