How long had you been in Belgium before the application and are you exercising treaty rights?

What exactly have you been doing in Belgium??

You need to be exercising treaty rights to bring family, ie working etc.

Send them a copy of the flight ticket and it should only be a matter of time before they send the passport back. Contact them directly to ask for turnover time.
