Tier 2 ICT to Dependent to Tier 2 general switch over

Hi all,
We came to uk on my husband's tier 2 ICT in 2015 and I got my tier 2 general sponsorship when we completed 4 years in ICT. My husband became my dependent and continued employment with same company. Is it possible for my husband's company ( who sponsored his tier 2 ict initially and with whom he is still employed now as tier 2 general dependent) to sponsor him for tier 2 general once his cooling off period of 1 year gets over?
